Qualifications

• Must read, interpret, and explain operational directives.
• Store management experience in retail, grocery, or drug store environment preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 55 lbs and handle physical duties.
• Strong written, verbal and interpersonal skills required.
• Ability to work in a high-energy, team environment.
• Customer service excellence and detail orientation are essential.

Responsibilities

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day activities.
• Help customers with questions or concerns in a positive manner.
• Organize and transfer merchandise from delivery to stockroom to sales floor.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Process corporate directives and store communications.
• Maintain attractive, well-stocked displays and fixtures.
• Assist in ordering merchandise, processing damaged goods, and payroll/scheduling tasks.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized store environment.
• Support the Store Manager in training and developing Store Associates.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety guidelines.
• Handle cash handling duties and protect store assets.
