The role requires strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills, with previous store management experience preferred. This part-time position involves opening/closing duties and maintaining store standards to deliver a positive customer experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to read and explain operational directives.
• Retail/store management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day activities.
• Help customers with questions in a positive, approachable manner.
• Organize merchandise from delivery to stockroom to floor as needed.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Process corporate directives and store communications.
• Maintain store-front fixtures and displays for promotion effectiveness.
• Assist in ordering merchandise, processing damaged goods, record-keeping, and loss prevention.
• Maintain a well-stocked sales floor and organized stockroom to company standards.
• Protect and secure all company assets, including store cash.
• Adhere to policies and safety guidelines; ensure staff compliance.
• Help Store Manager supervise, train, and develop Store Associates.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and respectful environment for customers and staff.
