Saatva, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Manager for our nationwide Viewing Rooms network. You will lead a retail team, drive sales, and deliver a luxury customer experience with Saatva’s full range of mattresses and bedding.

The role emphasizes leadership, coaching, and delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced environment. It requires weekend availability and a keen eye for quality and customer care.

Qualifications

• ASM or similar management experience preferred.
• 2+ years of customer-facing experience.
• Excellent coaching and mentoring skills.
• Strong leadership and ability to motivate a team.
• Comfort in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work a retail schedule including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Viewing Room Manager to meet and exceed sales goals.
• Foster a positive culture through team building and mentorship.
• Maintain an organized, multitasking daily workflow.
• Build rapport with customers for an informed shopping experience.
• Assist with management tasks to keep the team focused on a first-class experience.
• Leverage computer skills and related software to boost productivity.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment reflecting Saatva's quality.
• Align scheduling with the Manager’s Days Off to optimize operations.
