Saatva is seeking an Assistant Manager to join our nationwide network of Viewing Rooms. You will be the heartbeat of the store, delivering an immersive and elevated experience with Saatva’s luxury mattresses and bedding.

You will coach and mentor the team, manage daily duties, and ensure exceptional customer service. The role requires weekend availability and a track record in retail leadership within a fast-paced luxury environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer-facing experience, ideally in luxury products.
• Strong coaching and mentoring skills to grow a team.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Viewing Room Manager to meet and exceed sales goals.
