Saatva is seeking a dedicated Assistant Manager to join our nationwide Viewing Rooms network. You will lead guest experiences with Saatva’s luxury mattresses, coach a team, and ensure a high level of service and product knowledge.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer-facing experience, ideally in luxury products.
• Excellent coaching and mentoring skills.
• Strong communication and approachable personality.
• Strong leadership with ability to motivate a team.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Availability to work weekends and sale holidays.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Viewing Room Manager to meet and exceed sales goals.
