Job summary

Acima is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the store manager in driving sales and account management while delivering exceptional customer service. You will work with Acima partner stores to process credit applications and web orders, educate customers on Lease-To-Own terms, and help convert applications into Acima credit customers.

The role is based in one of our partner store locations and offers hourly pay with bonus potential based on performance.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
• Familiarity with rental or leasing industry is a plus.
• Organized with strong time-management and multitasking abilities.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Consistent in-person attendance.

Responsibilities

• Drive customer growth through web, partner stores, and in-person channels.
• Listen to and fulfill customer needs in a timely manner.
• Educate customers on Lease-To-Own terms, payments, and application process.
• Close sales by converting applications from store and web orders.
• Collaborate with Acima partner stores in daily operations and reporting.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues to maintain satisfaction.
• Establish partnerships with retail staff to generate referrals and educate customers.
• Work with the Store Manager to communicate team activities and performance.
