Acima LLC is hiring an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in driving sales and managing accounts at a partner store location. You will promote Acima’s leasing options, process applications, and convert leads into customers while delivering excellent service.

The role requires teamwork with partner stores, strong communication, and the flexibility to work evenings and weekends as part of full-time hours. Competitive hourly pay plus bonus opportunities is offered.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and related software.

Responsabilités

• Drive customer growth through web, partner stores, and walk-ins.
• Identify and fulfill customer needs promptly.
• Educate customers on Lease-To-Own terms, payments terms, and application process.
• Close sales by converting in-store and web applications.
• Collaborate with Acima partner stores on operations and sales.
• Report to Store Manager on store and coworker performance.
• Build partnerships with retail staff to generate referrals.
• Address customer issues promptly to maintain satisfaction.
• Foster a positive work environment to reduce turnover.
