Job summary

Acima is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager with account management, sales activities, and superior customer service at a partner store location. You will process credit turn-downs and web orders, promote Acima leasing benefits, and drive conversions by turning applications into Acima credit customers.

The role requires strong communication, organization, and multi-tasking skills, with the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and related software.
• Flex schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Familiarity with rental or leasing industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive customer growth through web, partner stores, and walk-ins.
• Educate customers on Lease-To-Own terms and application process.
• Close sales by converting applications from in-store and web orders.
• Collaborate with Acima partner stores and report to Store Manager.
