Job summary

Acima is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in sales, account management, and customer service at one of our partner store locations in Alabama. You will process credit turn-downs and web orders, promote leasing benefits, and help convert applications into Acima customers as part of a team.

The role is hourly with potential bonuses, and requires availability to work in-store hours including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and have a high school diploma or GED.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and related software is preferred.
• Experience in rental or leasing industry practices is a plus.
• Strong organization and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in account management and sales activities.
• Process credit turn-down applications and web orders with partner stores.
• Promote Acima leasing benefits and drive conversions.
• Support and collaborate with Acima retail partners in daily operations.
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve issues promptly.
