Job summary

CCF Family of Brands, CheckSmart in Whitehall, OH is hiring an Assistant Store Manager to lead daily operations and support customers with financial services. You will supervise team members, manage risk and compliance, drive outreach, and help customers with loans, check cashing, and related products while delivering excellent service.

This full-time role includes weekend hours and on-site work with growth opportunities across our brands.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 1 year in customer service, sales, or retail.
• At least 3 months of supervisory or leadership experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to use POS systems and office software.

Responsibilities

• Maximize customer success by offering financial services that fit their needs.
• Assess risk of financial transactions and process applications.
• Complete daily call campaigns to market services and build relationships.
• Oversee account management and recovery processes.
• Maintain POS system data with accuracy.
• Provide coaching to Customer Service Representatives.
