Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year (or more) experience in customer service/sales/retail.
• At least 3 months supervisory/leadership experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with phones, POS, MS Office, and computer systems.
• Must be at least 18 (19 in Alabama).
• Background check will be conducted as part of hiring.
• Ability to meet physical demands of standing, lifting up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Maximize customer success by offering financial services
• Assess risk of financial transactions and process applications and transactions
• Conduct daily outreach to market services and build customer relationships
• Oversee account management and recovery processes while maintaining service focus
• Maintain accurate customer data in the POS system
• Coach and develop Customer Service Representatives as needed
• Perform on-site store tasks such as opening/closing procedures and vault control
• Support leadership in driving in-store and community events
• Ensure compliance with company policies and laws; prepare reports
• Maintain store appearance and handle facility needs as required
• Adapt to a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
• Fulfill additional duties as directed by leadership
• Maintain full-time schedule with regular in-person attendance including weekends
