This hands‑on leadership role requires coaching, strong communication, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. You’ll implement safety standards, leverage retail technology, and keep the store performance on track.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail experience, preferably in a leadership or key-holding role.
• Ability to coach, motivate, and engage a diverse team.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Reliable, self-motivated, and ready to take ownership.
• Basic understanding of retail KPIs and operational processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example on the sales floor with an energy mindset; deliver solutions to customers.
• Coach the team to deliver great service and keep customers excited to shop.
• Support sales goals by staying engaged on the floor and helping close the loop with customers.
• Help manage daily store operations including opening/closing, cash handling, and floor coverage.
• Move with purpose, keep the store organized and customer ready, and ensure smooth operations.
• Follow safety, loss prevention, and SOPs to protect customers, teammates, and product.
