Job summary

Foot Locker is seeking an Assistant Store Manager (ASM) to lead with energy, ownership, and purpose. This role supports the Store Manager in driving sales, coaching the team, and keeping the store running strong day in and day out.

ASMs are hands-on leaders who move with urgency, stay connected to customers and teammates, and take pride in delivering a great customer experience with an “Always on, Never no” mindset.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a retail team and achieving sales goals.
• Strong communication and coaching skills to develop teammates.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example on the sales floor, coaching the team to hit goals.
• Support Store Manager in daily operations and loss prevention.
• Provide hands-on leadership and ensure a great customer experience.
• Partner with HR for onboarding and training of staff.
