The ASM supports the Store Manager, manages daily duties, and upholds service standards in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment. This role requires flexible hours, strong communication, and a willingness to own outcomes.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail leadership experience.
• Ability to coach, motivate, and engage a diverse team.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Responsible, self-motivated, and ready to take ownership.
• Basic understanding of retail KPIs and operational processes.
• Experience as Key Holder, Supervisor, or Assistant Manager.
• Experience in fast-paced high-volume retail.
• Interest in pursuing long-term career growth in retail leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example on the sales floor with energy and ownership, guiding customer interactions.
• Coach the team to deliver great service, share product knowledge, and excite customers.
• Support sales goals by staying engaged on the floor and closing with customers.
• Open/close store operations, cash handling, and floor coverage.
• Maintain store organization, readiness, and smooth execution.
• Follow safety, loss prevention, and SOPs to protect people and product.
• Take ownership of issues and uphold high standards for store execution.
• Use retail tech to enhance the customer experience and support teams.
