Job summary

The Buckle, Inc. in Tampa, FL is seeking an Assistant in Training and Assistant Manager to support the Store Manager in delivering the Buckle shopping experience. You will lead sales, training, merchandising and daily store operations while providing exceptional guest service.

As part of the leadership team, you will recruit and develop Teammates, coach performance, and ensure adherence to company policies, with progression from AIT to Assistant Manager.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent retail experience.
• Ability to lead, train and develop Teammates and manage store operations.
• Strong customer service, communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and guest service excellence through proactive engagement and product knowledge.
• Recruit, train and motivate Teammates to meet Buckle standards and store goals.
• Lead visual merchandising, operations and loss-prevention practices to ensure a well-run store.
• Provide leadership in the absence of the Store Manager and collaborate with the Leadership Team.
