Job summary

Family Dollar in Burlington, NC is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to help with store operations, customer service and team development. You will assist with day-to-day activities and support the Store Manager in leading and training associates.

You will organize merchandise, handle opening/closing duties, ensure store safety and cleanliness, and uphold company policies. The role requires strong communication and problem solving, with a focus on delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Store management experience in retail, grocery, or drug store preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 55 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong problem solving and decision-making abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day store activities and operations.
