Boot Barn is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to partner with the Store Manager in creating a high-performance store team. You will drive customer service, merchandising standards, and store operations to meet sales goals while coaching and developing partners.

You will collaborate with leadership to optimize schedules, implement policies, and lead special events, focusing on delivering an exceptional guest experience and fostering a collaborative, results-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead partners to foster a service and selling culture and exceed expectations to build long-standing customer relationships.
• Provide coaching, feedback, and recognition; be present on the sales floor during peak hours.
• Collaborate with Store Manager to adapt to changing business needs and procedures; adjust schedules and train staff on new policies.
• Plan and execute volume-driving events with local community outreach.
• Coach associates in customer engagement through Boot Barn Credit Card and Loyalty Programs and drive team goals.
