Boot Barn in Los Angeles is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in leading the team, delivering exceptional customer service, and driving sales while upholding merchandising standards and store operations.

This role partners with district leadership to coach associates, schedule shifts, hire and train staff, and execute company policies, promotions, and community outreach with integrity and teamwork.

Qualifikationen

• Associate's Degree and/or 2 to 4 years of experience in retail store management.
• Experience managing direct reports and leading teams in a selling environment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong communication, customer service, time management and organizational skills.

Aufgaben

• Lead partners to foster a service & selling culture and exceed overall expectations to build long-standing customer relationships.
• Review goals with partners, providing coaching and feedback, and recognizing excellence.
• Train and develop partners to meet career goals within the company.
• Collaborate with Store Manager on schedules, policies, and interviewing for the store team.
• Plan and execute community outreach and volume-driving events.
