Job summary

World Market is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead a high-performing team and drive sales while upholding our customer-first culture and brand standards. You will partner with the Store Manager to manage daily operations, coach staff, and execute priorities in Customer Experience, Freight Flow, Operations and Merchandising.

Your primary responsibilities include leading daily tasks, recruiting and developing a strong team, and using company tools to ensure flawless execution of business

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills and ability to coach staff in the moment.
• Able to de-escalate customer situations and solve problems.
