Job summary

CosmoProf Beauty in Wisconsin is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead store teams and uphold brand standards. You will hire, train and coach associates, drive sales, and ensure a seamless customer experience across in-store and Omni-channel channels.

The role requires 3+ years of retail experience with at least 1 year in a supervisory capacity, and a high school diploma. Cosmetology license is a plus. This is a full-time, on-site position in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• 3+ years of retail sales/customer service experience preferred.
• At least 1 year of prior management experience preferred.
• Cosmetology license desirable, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Hire, develop and lead store associates to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
• Analyze store trends, set goals and drive KPIs and profitability.
• Develop staffing plans and schedule to meet business needs.
• Ensure Omni-channel fulfillment and brand standards.
• Manage inventory, payroll hours, and opening/closing procedures.
• Ensure safety and loss prevention compliance.
