Qualifications

• At least 3 years of customer service/retail sales experience and 1 year of previous sales management.
• Operational, financial and performance management experience.
• Cosmetology license is a plus – but not required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Manage talent, inspire your team and ensure a great customer experience.
• Oversee store operations with emphasis on meeting budget, controlling expenses, growing sales and inventory management.
• Protect customers, associates and store assets by following safety, security rules and company policies.
• Keep the store looking its best.
