This role requires a retail leadership background, coaching skills, and the ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays. A high school diploma or equivalent is required; benefits include medical, dental, vision, and a 40% discount.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading sales, customer service, and store operations in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in a manager role, preferably retail.
• Ability to coach and develop associates.
• Able to work peak days and times, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Attract, hire, develop, inspire, and retain top talent.
• Set and reinforce clear performance expectations, results goals, and accountability with all associates.
• Act as Manager on Duty when scheduled to address customer experience, vendor relations, or maintenance issues.
• Partner with Sales Leadership Team to support action plans that improve results and ensure effective execution of operational activities.
• Implement and sustain floorset direction to optimize the business and bring the product story to life.
• Meet payroll targets by ensuring appropriate sales floor coverage and selling focus.
• Lead in-store customer experiences through selling behaviors rooted in Our Values and product knowledge.
