Responsibilities

• Attract, hire, develop, inspire, and retain top talent.
• Set and reinforce clear performance expectations, results goals, and accountability with all associates.
• Act as Manager on Duty when scheduled to address customer experience, vendor relations, or maintenance issues.
• Partner with Sales Leadership Team to support action plans and execute operations.
• Lead floorset direction to bring the product story to life.
• Open and close routines including bank deposits and receiving shipments.
• Set daily direction and goals for the team.
• Provide performance feedback and recommendations to managers.
• Meet payroll targets by ensuring selling floor coverage and focus.
