Responsibilities

• Attract, hire, develop, inspire, and retain top talent.

• Act as Manager on Duty when scheduled to address customer experience and maintenance issues.
• Partner with Sales Leadership Team to support action plans and execute operations.
• Implement and sustain floorset direction to showcase product stories.
