Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience delivering sales and customer experience results in fast-paced environments.
• Managerial experience in retail preferred.
• Customer-first selling culture.
• Able to coach associates and de-escalate situations.

Responsibilities

• Attract, hire, develop, inspire, and retain top talent.
• Set and reinforce clear performance expectations, results goals, and accountability with all associates.
• Act as Manager on Duty when scheduled to address customer experience, vendor relationships, or maintenance issues.
• Partner with Sales Leadership Team to support action plans and effective operational execution.
• Implement floorset direction to optimize the business and bring the product story to life.
• Complete opening/closing routines including bank deposits and shipments.
