Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering sales, customer experience, and operational results.
• Prior management experience in retail preferred.
• Customer-focused selling culture.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Attract, hire, develop, inspire, and retain top talent.
• Set performance expectations, goals, and accountability.
• Act as Manager on Duty and address customer experience issues.
• Lead with Sales leadership to improve results and operations.
• Implement floorset direction and tell the product story.
• Meet payroll targets with adequate sales floor coverage.
• Provide coaching to improve selling and customer experience.
• Ensure safe, clean, and engaging store environment.
