Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering sales, customer experience, and operational results in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience in a manager role, preferably in a retail setting.
• Thrives in a customer-first based retail environment.
• Ability to foster a customer-focused selling culture.
• Effective communication skills, being open to feedback, and the ability to adapt quickly.
• Ability to provide in-the-moment coaching to associates.
• Ability to de-escalate store and customer situations effectively.
• Must be available to work peak days and times, including varied shifts of evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Attract, hire, develop, inspire, and retain top talent.
• Set and reinforce clear performance expectations and goals.
• Act as Manager on Duty when scheduled.
• Partner with Sales Leadership to support action plans and execution.
• Implement floorset direction to showcase products.
• Open/close routines including deposits and shipments.
• Set daily goals for the team.
• Provide feedback and coaching to managers.
• Meet payroll targets with proper coverage.
• Lead exceptional in-store customer experiences with product knowledge.
• Create genuine connections with customers and make personalized recommendations.
• Train, coach, and motivate associates to improve selling and customer experience.
• Reinforce selling expectations and accountability.
• Store roles require physical activity and lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness and adherence to policies.
