Job summary

ALDI USA is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Oberlin, OH to support store operations, drive sales, control expenses and ensure customer satisfaction. Reporting to the Store Manager, you will lead teams, train staff and implement company policies with a focus on operational excellence.

This full-time role offers 38 hours per week, starting at $26.50 per hour with a $1 increase in year two, plus comprehensive benefits.

• Ability to work both independently and within a team to provide effective leadership of store personnel and achieve planned results.
• Ability to organize, prioritize and complete activities to maximize the total time available.

Responsibilities

• Oversees the resolution of employee and customer concerns in line with the store manager.
• Trains and develops store personnel using company materials.
• Ensures store KPI budgets are met by implementing action plans.
• Stock shelves and displays neatly following merchandising planograms.
