Responsibilities

• Oversee resolution of employee and customer concerns with guidance from the store manager.
• Communicate responsibilities and expectations to staff and develop the team.
• Assist in developing action plans to improve operating results and personnel development.
• Lead store tours for interviews and provide hiring recommendations.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Manage weekly schedules and scheduling procedures in the store.
• Support KPI achievement by implementing action plans.
• Stock shelves and operate POS accurately.
