Job summary

ALDI USA seeks an Assistant Store Manager responsible for assisting with supervising day-to-day store activities, ensuring overall store performance, managing schedules, and developing operational action plans while identifying training opportunities to grow the team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of progressive retail experience.
• Prior management experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently and within a team.
• Ability to lead others and provide excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Assist with developing and implementing action plans to improve operating results.
• Supervise day-to-day store activities and manage schedules.
• Hire and train store personnel; participate in interviewing.
• Maintain store cleanliness, signage, and inventory controls.
