Lids Sports Group is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Beachwood, OH. You will lead a high-performing team to deliver outstanding customer service while achieving sales targets.

You will manage daily operations, scheduling, training, and adherence to brand standards to ensure a positive store environment. As the Assistant Store Manager, you will support the Store Manager, drive the selling strategy, and mentor staff to deliver exceptional service and store performance.

Responsibilities

• Act as Manager on duty for scheduling issues and customer complaints when Store Manager is absent.

• Foster a fun, productive environment and reinforce company objectives and store success.
• Maintain compliance with brand standards, dress code, and policy guidelines.
• Schedule, staff, and recruit store personnel; adapt to peak periods.
