Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required or preferred.
• Candidates must be 18 years of age or older.
• Minimum 3+ years retail sales/customer service experience preferred.
• At least 1+ year(s) prior management experience preferred.
• Ability to lead or support a team to meet business objectives.
• Effective communication with team and management is required.
• Must have scheduling availability to meet business needs.
• Cosmetology license desirable, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Brand: Supervise and plan associates’ daily goals and activities to deliver an exceptional client experience, maximizing sales and KPIs.
• People: Train and develop teams, recruit when needed, coach and address performance, maintain positive relations.
• Operations: Execute company processes, support digital strategies, and Omni-channel fulfillment.
• Open/close duties, payroll hours, and schedule management to align with business needs.
• Safety/Loss Prevention: Ensure a safe store environment and protect assets; follow inventory, cash controls, and compliance.
