Catalano Management Company, LLC - Dunkin' in Pepperell, MA seeks an Assistant Store Manager to assist the Store Manager with daily restaurant operations, guest service, and team leadership. You will help maintain brand standards, supervise crew, and cover management duties during absences while delivering excellent customer experiences.

The role requires a 19+ age, valid license, HS diploma or GED, and 1-3 years in fast-casual or restaurant management (Dunkin' experience preferred).

Qualifications

• Must be 19 years of age or older.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1-3 years Fast-Casual, Restaurant Management experience or equivalent; Dunkin' Experience (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Support the manager in daily operations.
• Focus on 100% Guest Satisfaction.
• Ensure policies and procedures align with brand standards, including food safety and cash handling.
• Coach and train a dedicated team as directed by management.
• Deploy team members appropriately throughout the shift.
• Perform as a crew member in food production, guest service, and store cleanliness.
• Assume restaurant management duties in the Store Manager's absence.
