Catalano Management Company, LLC - Dunkin' is seeking a positive, experienced Dunkin' Assistant Manager to assist the Store Manager with daily restaurant operations and guest service. You will engage with guests and employees, ensuring brand standards and smooth operations in the Store Manager’s absence.

The role emphasizes guest satisfaction, adherence to food safety and policies, and active coaching of team members. Growth opportunities exist within our expanding Dunkin' team.

Competenze

• Minimum 19 years of age and valid driver’s license.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years fast-casual or restaurant management experience preferred.

Mansioni

• Support the Store Manager in daily restaurant operations.
• Focus on 100% guest satisfaction and brand standards.
• Ensure policies, food safety, cleanliness, and cash handling are followed.
• Coach and train team members and provide feedback to management.
• Assist with shift deployment and crew responsibilities.
• Perform duties as part of the crew and assume manager duties in absence.
