Job summary

Roses/Roses Express in West Mifflin, PA seeks an Assistant Manager/Key Carrier to deliver strong customer service and support Store Manager in daily operations. This role combines team supervision with hands-on store duties to meet company goals.

Qualifications

• Prefer prior retail and management experience.
• Effective communication, interpersonal, and written skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs and perform physical duties as required.
• Flexible, full-time or part-time schedule including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist with hiring, training, and development of store team members under the Store Manager.
• Support all store functions and day-to-day activities as directed by the Store Manager.
• Open and close procedures in the absence of the Store Manager.
• Protect and secure store assets, including cash, and adhere to safety guidelines.
• Maintain a professional environment with customers, staff, and supervisors.
• Assist in ordering and stocking merchandise and managing stockroom and sales floor.
• Direct hourly Team Members in the absence of the Store Manager.
• Implement directives from SSC Corporate and Store Operations Weekly Bulletin.
