Job summary

Roses/Roses Express is seeking an Assistant Manager/Key Carrier to provide excellent customer service and support the Store Manager in running the store. You will help with hiring, training, and supervising hourly team members while ensuring store operations meet company standards.

The role requires flexibility to work various shifts, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays, with responsibilities spanning opening/closing, cash handling, and loss prevention.

Qualifications

• Prefer prior retail and management experience.
• Effective communication, interpersonal, and written skills.
• Ability to lift and transport merchandise weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to work in a high energy, team environment.
• Flexible, full-time or part-time schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities
