Job summary

Roses Express is seeking an Assistant Manager/Key Carrier to support the Store Manager in daily operations and deliver exceptional customer service. You will help with hiring, training, and supervising hourly team members, ensuring store standards, security, and asset protection.

The role requires flexibility to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays, with opportunities to grow within the store network.

Qualifications

• Prior retail and management experience preferred.
• Effective communication, interpersonal and written skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Flexible, full-time or part-time schedule including days, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist with hiring, training and development of store team members.
• Support store functions and day-to-day activities as directed by the Store Manager.
• Perform opening/closing procedures in the absence of the Store Manager.
• Protect and secure company assets, including store cash.
• Maintain clean, safe store environment and adherence to policies.
