Job summary

Roses/Roses Express is seeking a dedicated Assistant Manager/Key Carrier to deliver outstanding customer service and support the Store Manager in daily operations. You will help supervise staff, open and close duties, and protect store assets while maintaining a welcoming, high-energy store environment.

The role requires flexible full-time hours including weekends and holidays, with opportunities to contribute to merchandising, staffing and loss prevention initiatives in a fast-paced retail

Qualifications

• Prefer prior retail and management experience.
• Effective communication, interpersonal, and written skills

Responsibilities

• Assist with hiring, training and development of store team members as delegated by the Store Manager.
• Assist with all store functions and day-to-day store activities as directed by the Store Manager.
• Perform opening and closing procedures in the absence of the Store Manager.
• Assist the Store Manager in protecting and securing all company assets, including store cash.
• Adhere to all policies and procedures including safety guidelines.
