Job summary

Dollar Tree Stores is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to help with store operations, customer service and team development. You will assist with day-to-day store activities, supervise associates, ensure the store remains well-stocked and organized, and maintain a positive customer experience.

This part-time role involves helping with opening/closing procedures and ensuring compliance with policies. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or equivalent, strong communication and teamwork
