Job summary

Dollar Tree is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to help with store operations, customer service and team development. You will assist with daily store activities and ensure a well-organized sales floor and stockroom.

You will support the Store Manager, train store associates, and maintain a safe, friendly environment while upholding company policies. This role includes opening/closing duties and enforcing merchandizing standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Store management experience in retail, grocery, or drug store environment is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day activities.
• Help customers in a positive, approachable manner and address questions or concerns.
• Transfer merchandise from delivery to stockroom to sales floor and maintain seasonal areas.
