Job summary

Curaleaf is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Phoenix, AZ to lead a team in a high-volume retail environment. You will support the Store Manager in driving revenue, ensuring outstanding customer experiences, and maintaining cash controls and POS operations.

The role requires at least 1 year of retail supervisory experience, strong leadership, and excellent English communication. A flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and travel to other locations is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in retail or customer service in a fast-paced environment.
• At least 1 year of retail supervisory experience.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to measure success via financial targets and KPIs.
• Fluent reading, writing, and speaking English.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in leading and motivating the team to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
• Act as Manager on Duty as assigned by Store Management and represent Curaleaf as a brand ambassador.
• Communicate with Store Manager, District Manager and cross-functional partners to maximize revenue opportunities.
• Monitor customer service, provide feedback and coaching to team members.
• Supervise store operations including opening/closing, scheduling, and task delegation.
• Oversee cash handling, banking, invoices, and time records.
