Curaleaf is seeking a Store Manager to lead a high-volume retail location. You will drive profitability, oversee operations, and coach a diverse team to deliver outstanding customer experiences while upholding Curaleaf’s standards.

Open to nights, weekends, and holidays; you’ll forecast payroll, manage inventory, ensure compliance, and grow talent through mentorship and succession planning.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of retail leadership experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven ability to drive sales and exceed performance goals.
• Experience building high-performing teams with talent development and succession planning.
• Strong communication skills across all levels of the organization.
• Customer-focused with a solutions-oriented mindset.
• Ability to adapt to change and foster adaptability.
• Experience overseeing store operations, including visual merchandising, financial management, and loss prevention.
