ALDI is looking for an Assistant Store Manager in Cedar Hill, Texas. This full-time role supervises day-to-day store activities, helps drive performance, manages schedules, and develops actionable plans to grow the team and store results.

You will identify training opportunities, uphold product quality and signage, assist with payroll and loss prevention, and maintain store standards. A high school diploma and at least 3 years in retail with some leadership are required.
