The role involves payroll targets, inventory control, and ensuring store standards are met. A minimum of 3 years in retail management is preferred, with strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 3+ years in retail management or equivalent.
• Combination of education and experience providing equivalent knowledge.
• Prior management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with supervising day-to-day store activities and overall store performance.
• Develop action plans and training opportunities to grow the team.
• Schedule management and payroll/expense oversight.
• Recruitment involvement and interview participation for store personnel.
• Maintain store cleanliness, signage, inventory procedures and cash controls.
• Ensure consistent customer service and resolve issues promptly.
