ALDI USA is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support store leadership in daily operations and performance. You will help supervise day-to-day activities, manage schedules, and develop action plans while identifying training opportunities to grow the team.

The role requires the ability to implement company strategies, maintain store standards, and coach staff toward excellent customer service and efficiency. Full-time position with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in a retail environment.
• Prior management experience preferred.
• Ability to work both independently and within a team environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with developing and implementing action plans to improve operating results.
• Establishes and communicates responsibilities and performance expectations to direct reports.
• Identifies training and development opportunities for direct reports.
• Communicates and models the company values to create teamwork and membership.
• Monitors competitive environment and informs leadership of adjustments.
• Provides product feedback on items to carry or discontinue.
• Participates in interviewing for store personnel.
• Ensures inventory procedures, product handling, and cash control policies are followed.
• Maintains store cleanliness and proper signage.
• Assists with stock levels and product ordering.
