Job summary

ALDI USA is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to help oversee daily store operations, supervise staff, and drive store performance. You will assist with scheduling, training, and implementing action plans while upholding ALDI's standards for service, product quality, and store presentation.

The role requires at least 3 years in retail with some management experience, and a commitment to excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment. This is a full-time on-site position in Florida.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• At least 3 years of progressive experience in retail.
• Prior management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with supervising day-to-day store activities.
• Develop operational action plans to improve store performance.
• Manage schedules and payroll within budget.
• Identify training opportunities to develop the team.
• Ensure store cleanliness and proper signage at all times.
• Maintain stock levels and merchandise presentation.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues promptly.
