Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist with supervising day-to-day store activities and deliver strong customer service.
• Develop and implement action plans to improve operating results.
• Communicate performance expectations to direct reports and monitor progress.
• Identify training opportunities to develop team members.
• Maintain store standards and execute inventory, cash control, and safety procedures.
• Conduct interviews and participate in hiring for store personnel.
• Ensure product signage, freshness, and merchandising to maximize sales.
