Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older to be employed in this role.
• 3+ years of progressive experience in a retail environment.
• Prior management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with developing and implementing action plans to improve operating results.
• Communicate job responsibilities and performance expectations to direct reports.
• Identify training opportunities to develop team performance.
• Model company values and maintain teamwork among staff.
• Monitor the local competitive environment and adjust as needed.
• Provide product feedback and participate in interviews for store personnel.
• Ensure adherence to inventory procedures, product handling, and cash controls.
• Maintain store cleanliness and proper signage at all times.
• Assist with stock levels and merchandise presentation to maximize sales.
• Support payroll targets and loss prevention initiatives.
