Starting wage is $25.00 per hour with a wage increase to $26.00 per hour in Year 2. This full-time role averages 38 hours per week and requires at least 3 years in retail with leadership experience.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older to be employed for this role at ALDI.
• Minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in a retail environment.
• Prior management experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
