Roses Express is seeking an Assistant Manager/Key Carrier to support the Store Manager in daily operations and to deliver excellent customer service in a fast-paced retail environment. You will oversee onboarding, training, and development of team members while ensuring the store meets productivity and service goals.

Responsibilities include supervising staff, managing cash and assets, and maintaining store standards on the sales floor and in the stockroom.

Formación

• Prior retail and management experience preferred.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and written skills.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for long periods.
• Flexible, full- or part-time schedule including evenings and holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with hiring, training and development of store team members.
• Support Store Manager in daily store operations.
• Open and close procedures in manager’s absence.
• Safeguard cash and store assets.
• Adhere to policies and safety guidelines; maintain a professional store environment.
• Maintain stockroom and sales floor to company standards.
• Direct hourly team members when Store Manager is away.
• Assist with receipt and return of merchandise and freight flow.
